The Tropical Phytotechnics group develops research relevant to agricultural systems focused on the solution of agronomic, environmental and management problems. It uses tools such as precision agriculture, principles of pathophysiology, plant defense response, soils and plant nutrition, for the modeling of the system or its components and with which management strategies are proposed with less risk in economic and environmental terms.
